When you book Bori Nest, you get exclusive, private access to the entire house. This means all common areas: the pool, kitchens, dining and living areas… We only accommodate one group at a time, so it’s all yours—no other guests on-site!
However, to keep things cozy and cost-efficient, we only open the number of bedrooms you need based on your group size.
WEEKDAY RATES (Mon-Thurs):

HOLIDAYS & WEEKENDS (Fri-Sun):
ADD, ₱2,000 on top of weekday rates.
ALSO: ₱2,000/head in excess of 18 pax.
Children aged 2 and below stay FREE.👶
Children aged 3 and above are considered regular guests.
🐕 Pet Fee = ₱500/Pet (max. of 2 small pets only)
Check-In: 2:00 PM
Check-Out: 11:00 AM (next day)
IMPORTANT: We strictly implement our check-in and check-out times, as any changes disrupt our cleaning schedule and may negatively affect the experience of our next guest.
If early check-in or late check-out is unavoidable and only if our schedule permits, a ₱500 fee will apply per 30 minutes (max. of 1 hour). Thank you for your understanding!
