We’re Top and Eva Borines, a real estate couple with a shared passion for creating beautiful spaces. I come from an architectural background, so I’ve always been drawn to design, structure, and the little aesthetic details that turn a house into a haven. My wife, on the other hand, is the brains behind the business—her eye for numbers, systems, and strategy keeps everything running like a dream.
In our years working together in the real estate world, we’ve helped families and investors find their ideal homes and properties. But deep down, we had always wanted to build something for ourselves—something intentional, personal, and full of heart.

What’s in a name?
“Bori Nest” is a play on our family name, Borines, with the warmth of a nest—a place to rest, recharge, and reconnect.

Every detail—from the industrial-modern look to the cozy lighting and open spaces—was chosen to make you feel at home. Whether you’re with family, friends, or your special someone, this space is yours to enjoy.

Bori Nest was born from our desire to create a space where people could slow down, breathe, and be present. Nestled in the cool hills of Tagaytay, just a couple of hours from Manila, our 5-bedroom home offers a blend of comfort, design, and quiet luxury.
