By accessing or booking through this website, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before proceeding with your reservation.

1. Booking and Reservation

  • Bookings can be made through this website, third-party platforms (e.g., Airbnb), or direct contact via email, phone, or messaging apps.
  • All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation from Bori Nest Staycations.
  • We reserve the right to decline or cancel a reservation at our sole discretion, especially in cases of incorrect information, double-booking, or violation of policies.

2. Payment Policy

  • A partial or full payment may be required to confirm your booking, depending on the type of reservation.
  • Accepted payment methods include GCash, bank transfer, and any third-party payment platform we specify.
  • Outstanding balances and security deposits (if any) must be settled before or upon check-in.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations made [Insert cancellation window, e.g. at least 7 days before check-in] are eligible for a refund, minus a processing fee.
  • Cancellations made within 10 days of check-in are non-refundable.
  • No-shows will be charged in full.
  • Any force majeure (typhoon, national emergency, etc.) will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

4. Check-In/Check-Out Policy

  • Standard check-in time: 2:00 PM
  • Standard check-out time: 11:00 AM
  • Early check-in or late check-out may be accommodated upon request and availability, but must be pre-approved.

5. House Rules and Property Use

Guests are expected to:

  • Treat the property with care and respect
  • Follow noise curfews and be mindful of neighbors
  • Avoid smoking indoors
  • Declare all pets prior to arrival
  • Avoid parties or large gatherings unless pre-approved

We reserve the right to withhold your security deposit or request payment for damages or excessive mess.

6. Liability Disclaimer

Bori Nest Staycations is not liable for:

  • Loss or theft of personal belongings during your stay
  • Accidents, injuries, or illness that occur while on the premises
  • Interruption of services (e.g., internet, utilities) beyond our control

Use of all facilities, including the pool, is at your own risk.

7. Privacy

Your personal data is protected in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Data Privacy Act of 2012. By booking, you consent to our collection and use of your information to manage your reservation and communication.

8. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or revise these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective once posted on this website. Continued use of the site or services after updates indicates your acceptance.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes shall be resolved in the proper courts of Tagaytay City or Cavite Province, unless otherwise agreed upon.
